Disciple Heart Ministries

The Call Is Still Active.

Not to religion. Not to routine. But to be a disciple.

If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed.

John 8:31 · KJV

A return to what was said

There is a call that has echoed through generations — clear, unchanging, and often overlooked.

The call

To become.

The Disciple’s Framework

Three Anchors.
One Rhythm.

Abide in His Word. Love His people. Serve His world. Then begin again — not as a program, but as the steady rhythm of a life.

“If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed.”

John 8:31 · KJV

Abide

His Word is primary. Truth becomes your source — for doctrine, for identity, for direction.

“By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.”

John 13:35 · KJV

Love

His nature flows through you. Love is not emotional — it is connective. It binds, transforms, and reveals Christ.

“Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.”

John 15:8 · KJV

Serve

His life expressed outward. Service is not optional — it is evidence. It reflects Christ and reaches others.

“Whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.”

Luke 14:27 · KJV

Repeat

Not as a program, but as the steady rhythm of a life.

Four times, Jesus says “my disciple.” Each time, He tells us what one looks like.

Becoming

You Don’t Grow Into a Disciple. You Grow as One.

The moment you respond to Christ, something changes. You are no longer becoming alive — you are alive. Now you learn to live from that reality.

What is a disciple?

Jesus Defined It Clearly.

A disciple is not a label. It is a life.

For it, Jesus chose one word, with precision

disciple.

To be a disciple is to

  1. Abide in His Word

Truth becomes your source — not a feeling, but a foundation.

  2. Respond Personally

Not as a crowd, but as an individual. The call is yours to answer.

  3. Live Continuously

Not occasionally, but daily. Discipleship unfolds one step at a time.
